The day I met Heather she told me, “You have so much spirit download you have no idea.” Of course, I was clueless of what she meant in that moment, but this proved to be the beginning of an insane path. I chose Heather to do the QHHT session, first and foremost because I trusted her which was big for me. I trusted that she will go deep into that alien brain of mine without judging it and lead me towards helping me find my own answers. I did not know what to expect or what I was supposed to do in preparation for it other than whine about the lack of caffeine, my drug of choice. I came armed with a notebook filled with the most weird and crazy questions and a fear of not being able to be put under hypnosis. The three hour ride through my fears, obsessions, loves and ultimate pivotal points of past lives that shaped who I am now was something not even a movie could sum up. Years later, I am still in awe of how Heather even managed to lead me to uncovering that. This session changed the course of my life in beyond surprising ways.
